Great gifts, but customer service in the gift shop could be improved. Rigid and cold dispositions from the employees. Rushed me out the door, despite spending well over 200$ in shop: Happy to patronize this museum further, if there is better customer service training.

I usually like to enjoy my time at the gift shop but I couldn’t even find it for the longest time and asking for help is only convenient for them. Then I spent a few minutes in there but then the lady kicked me out over 30 minutes before they close and they closed early. Ugh

Really great spot for gifts. Good posters, earrings, necklaces, art materials. Prices are fair with really good taste and assortment of things and such
