“Drawn in by smells alone, the cutest company mascot politely greeted us at the door (a sweet puppy), owner also greeted us. He spent time to give us a tour and showed us how they make everything there which was so nice! I’m highly impressed by their generosity and dedication to the craft. Will definitely be coming by again!”

“I can't say enough good things about this company and their customer service! I was ordering my niece's first birthday gift while also studying for exams, and I actually received a call from them while I was taking an exam. They asked if I could call them back as soon as I was able regarding my order.
When I called back, they let me know that I had accidentally selected white thread, which wouldn't have shown up well on the item I ordered. They also noticed that the personalization I requested would have been too long and would have appeared very small. I honestly hadn't paid close attention to the thread option while placing the order because I was multitasking (completely my fault!).
Instead of just making it as ordered, they took the time to help me choose a better thread color and even worked with me to shorten the wording so it would look perfect. That level of care and attention to detail is so rare these days. I'm incredibly grateful they reached out instead of letting the order go through as-is.
I'm so excited to see the final product and can't wait to give it to my niece for her first birthday. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure it turns out beautifully!”
“Love the custard? Go to the gift shop! We stopped here twice while in the area on a trip. We did not purchase anything at first because we were short on time. A couple of days later, we placed an order online for pickup in the store. This worked great! We were able to browse souvenirs online, comparing different shirts and hoodies until we found items we loved. Our order was ready a couple of hours after it was placed, then we picked it up later in the evening. The person working at the store was kind and helpful and receiving our order was quick and easy. Highly recommend!”

They have a unique mix of clothing, accessories, and collectibles that you don’t always see in other stores. The quality of the items is usually pretty good, and everything feels a bit more curated compared to similar shops. Prices can be a little on the higher side, but they often have deals. It’s a great place to find gifts or something different for yourself.”
“I just got the best and most unique retirement gift for my friend from here! The mother /daughter team has a wonderful variety of St. Louis and Missouri items and ways to personalize things there. Lots of other themes too. I chose a beautiful little cutting board engraved with the St. Louis skyline and daughter was able to engrave 'happy retirement' in German for my friend from Germany!
Great choices, great prices, personalizing was done on-site skillfully and creatively. The whole thing was a delightful experience.

“What a find - the loveliest gift items for weddings, anniversaries, babies, etc. European porcelain is kiln-fired here in St. Louis. You can pick your monogram and even put a personal message on the bottom of a platter. Mugs, champagned buckets, dishes - everything for the table top. If you're lucky, Lindsay will be there to help you - she's an expert. Locally owned.”

“I enjoyed this gift shop- lots of cool items, like a 3-D printed dragon, and many fancy scarves. (Out of my budget, but enjoyable to look at).
The shop feels a bit hidden, on a lower floor, near the cafe. Great selection. Check out the sale area if you’re in a budget. Many great books and gift items. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.”
