“I found Epic Automotive doing a Google search. I took my Genesis to Epic Automotive because my cigarette ports stop charging my cell phone. I dropped my car off to the shop on Sunday, March 24, 2024 for my Monday, March 25, 2024 appointment. I received a call from John at 10:49am saying that my car was ready for pick up. It did not take them all day to do a diagnostic, locate which fuse box the fuse was in that was blown, replaced the fuse and the price was good! The reviews are very accurate. They’re nice, honest, knowledgeable and fast. I highly recommend Epic Automotive!”

“I got into a car accident back in August and insurance was set to pay for it. Unfortunately they are a busy shop so I wasn't able to get an appointment until October. Which was fine because drove around until my appointment. They quoted me 2 weeks and it was ready in that time.... they accidentally texted me that it be another week but they cleared that up quickly by explaining within minutes that it was a mistake. They are nice and update you constantly. My car looked STUNNING when I picked it up.... also bonus they cleaned the outside and inside of my car. It took some time BUT THIS PLACE IS A HUNDRED PERCENT WORTH IT!!! Will recommend them to everyone i meet. I usually hate autobody shops but this place blew me away!”

“A nice gentleman named Josh came to tow me but was unable to because I was on the roof of the parking garage. However he did unlock my car so I could look for my lost keys. Since I was unable to find my keys, he stayed with me, as a am a lady of 87 years and made sure I got across a busy highway to the motel safely. I had made arrangements with my daughter to bring me my extra keys. I hope all of your employees are as thoughtful as this gentleman. I will keep your card and tell my friends to call your business if they are in need of your services if they are in your area.”

“My wife had a bad accident on Lemay Ferry 7 October. Miners showed up very quickly. Loaded all three vehicles, cleaned up all debris. The guys were so respectful and kind to all the vehicle owners. We went the next day to collect plates and personal affects. Again, they were so kind. The guys even removed the plates for us. I can’t say how much we appreciate Miners for their kindness and professionalism. Thanks Zach and the guys!”

Service was great, people were friendly and I bought a great car at a great price! They let me test drive the car, get an inspection, and ask plenty of questions. Paperwork was easy and the title came in a couple of days. Would 100% recommend. Siver and company treated me very well.”

“I took a used Mini Cooper S from a different (pretty sketchy) car lot to get a pre purchase inspection, and the inspection revealed a huge list of issues with the car, to nobody’s surprise! Jack specifically helped me and advised me not to buy the car. He let me know the shop was selling a low mileage Mini Cooper S, and everyone was super accommodating, answering my many questions, and letting me test drive and thoroughly inspect the car. Lisa was incredibly kind and worked with me to get me a good deal! In addition, they did one repair i requested before purchasing, as well as a safety and emissions inspection. The car also came with a warranty which gave me peace of mind when purchasing. Overall a very friendly and accommodating experience, and I would definitely call this shop trustworthy!”

“Needed to get a car towed on the spur of the moment. I called around to maybe a dozen or so places, each with their own levels of pricing/customer services etc. Rozelle answered and was very professional, took my information and within five minutes had called back with a quote. After comparing all the quotes and levels of service I’d receive (based on how they fielded my initial call) I felt bzelltowing was the best. 60/200$ less then any others that quoted.
After a couple of prompt calls and texts Rozelle and I ironed out details and we were off the races. He arrived promptly when he said he’d be there and was kind and personable. Great guy to work with. Picked up the car without any issues, knew what he was doing and had the car home safe and sound. I even asked if he would put the car as close to the door as he safely could and he nailed it!
Had a few slight hiccups with payment on my end and he was kind and professional throughout. Resolved the issue, had a receipt and he was off. Great job!
Overall very professional and kind with great prices and a positive punctual attitude. I will be using this man for my future towing needs without question. A+”

“My 21 year old daughter had just left us from Texas, flew into St. Louis, got to The Parking Spot and found she was stranded with a flat tire and the lug nut covers were stripped. After a failed attempt to get the covers off, Mike loaded my daughters car and her into his truck and took her to the only tire service facility that we could find. We were trying to help from 14 hours away and felt helpless. In this day and age, you don’t know who is trustworthy! When he arrived at the tire place, he refused to leave my daughter there by herself because it was sketchy! He took her to a safe place, removed her tire himself and sent her on her 2 hour trip home! The mechanics found the leak, plugged it, and switched my tire back in maybe 20 minutes. They were all friendly, including the receptionist, and the process was way less stressful than I thought it would be. I would definitely come here again!”
