This place has the worst customer service. Rude, disrespectful employees! I've had a unit at this location for over a year and a half and I am looking forward to never having to communicate with these ignorant people again. They don't listen, they talk over you and then think they are so smart in talking in circles. When attempting to get clarification on a specific issue, they address things that have already been clarified and NEVER actually answer the questions being asked of them. This is the 2rd occasion that this has happened and it is ALWAYS one of the two miserable sounding women who work in this office!

I will not rent from your location EVER AGAIN I know where I left the gas gage more than 7/4 full and left more gas then when. I got it but I still get charged more gas so hell no I will not be back and who ever answered the phone left me on hold for more them 8 mins called back and was still left on hold for 4 more mins.and he told me I didn't do what I said when I filled up at qt just around the corner from your location and I know it didn't take that much gas to get back to your location. So to the corporate officeSo, this will NEVER happen again keep your trucks on full and NOT THE LINE BEFORE FULL I DONT HAVE MONEY JUST TO LEAVE AROUND. YOU WILL NEVER HAVE THIS ISSUE AGAIN FROM NO BODY if thr trucks are left on full got each customer

Everything until I took it back and the return person only turned thr key on and didn't start it yo get the correct reading on the gas Guage. It would help others for the trucks to be full not 7/8th full. So, this would help so much.

Very easy experience. Fees and mileage was much more than I expected... self guided return took a minute to get the hang of.Will use again.I do NOT recommend getting the upgraded insurance or using the moving companies that are recommended. If your property is damaged during the move it is next to impossible to get a resolution.

I was not greeted by a lady that passed me twice while I looked for my truck. I had to go in and request my preordered furniture pads. Upon returning my truck I parked and was going to start the return process on my phone and young guy told me I had to move it to the cleaning station for them. Then in the app it asks me to take a pic of the trucks location so that the next family can use it to locate the truck. Well good luck bc he had me park it in the cleaning area. It was not a very well organized operation.

I rented a unit at this location for over two years and my experience gradually got worse until I was forced to move my equipment to another facility.When I first began renting from this Uhaul I was told that I would have access between 6am-10pm. Unfortunately, the staff decided to stop allowing customers access to their units within these agreed upon hours with no warning. This irritated me because I stored business tools and equipment in my unit and depended on the access hours in which I was promised. I had to cancel several jobs at the last minute because I had no way of getting my equipment from my unit. When I asked why these hours were changed I was told that Uhaul can change the access hours at their discretion and that they didn’t have to tell the customers anything. This wasn’t exactly the response I was expecting.I later found out that Uhaul staff stopped allowing renters their full access hours in an attempt to limit homeless people entering the building. I guess workers didn’t realize that homeless people entered the building throughout the day and camped out in the bathrooms until after the building closed.If you do decide to rent here you will likely have to purchase your own dolly or cart like I did because their courtesy carts were constantly broken or M.I.A.Lastly, be very careful what you store here because they have a very serious bug issue that the staff refuses to acknowledge.

We loved our local Dutchtown U-Haul! We were able to buy boxes and return what we didn't use. Service was friendly and efficient. Alsonoticed an area near the front with free boxes for the taking. Highly recommend!

I was in this location three days in a row during a cross-country move. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The scheduling system for U-Boxes is a little chaotic, but the staff at this location helped me understand the process.

Keith, the manager, was trying to run a one-person show at the counter, and despite a long line, he was treating each person with his undivided attention while still moving as efficiently as possible. Kudos to Keith, I just hope he gets more help soon!

The GM (Keith I think) was incredibly helpful and kind. He did not charge us for being an hour late on return. Always use Dutchtown U-haul for our rental needs.
