Customet service is terrible, told me they couldn't scan the barcode I presented to
them and did t even try to scan it. Would got to Kohls 10 miles away before coming here again this is the second time they've denied a package.

The people at this store have always been courteous and helpful, but they went above and beyond a few months ago when I had to send three big boxes of a friend’s possessions to her house in Vermont. I accidentally gave them the wrong address at first, and when I went back to correct the error, they were more than gracious in helping me find the boxes in the back and correcting the address. And this was with a huge amount of people standing in line. This store is absolutely the best!
