I continue to have problems with this location. The veteran postal worker (or so she said) was grim and very unhelpful. I knew she would make my experience there just as difficult as possible, and she did succeed. I had to leave without getting the task completed. I knew better to go there but no more!

I was not home when my lettercarrier tried to deliver a package that required a signature.
She left one of those notices to arrange another delivery attempt or go to the Post Office.
Later the same day in the evening, she came back and was able to get my signature and delivery my package.
Thank you for the extra effort.

With it being so close to the holidays and my reading of the reviews, I was honestly dreading going into this post office. I got there and the line was long. However the wait was not. I'm really only giving it 5 stars though because of one of the workers there, Victoria. It was my first time ever returning anything via post office, so although it may seem like common sense to some, I didn't know I had to tape the end of my package together. There was another lady that got kinda short with me and told me that I needed to buy tape and do it myself. Victoria told me I could use hers and even told me how to properly tape the package together. She didn't have to do that and just small gestures like that really can help make someone's day. She had great customer service skills and she made the process easier for me. I hope her manager sees this and gives her praise and a raise lol

Today 11/15/24.The sign posts open at 9 am but it's now 9:16am it s not still open. Wonder who's in charge at this Post office? Very shocking how they manage this location. 😞

I was at USPS for my New Passport Application. Victoria from USPS was very helpful. She ensured and checked that I had all the required documents. She made the process very easy. Unfortunately the Passport Photo service was not working.

Arrived early today for a passport appointment made and confirmed last week. I was told there was no agent available this week and the system shouldn't have allowed me to schedule this appointment. I was advised to schedule another confirmed appt. Decided instead to schedule a same day appt with the Webster Groves library. They were wonderful and I highly recommend the library, skip this post office for passports.

We had scheduled two passport appointments, however, during our allotted time, the sole passport processor went to lunch, leaving us waiting for 45 minutes before we decided to leave. The lack of adequate staffing and consideration from the supervisor was evident. In situations of understaffing, proactive communication with customers so they can adjust their plans accordingly would be greatly appreciated.

Friendly staff, well-organized. They helped my daughter pick out stamps and were do kind tp her. Also, they proactively tried to save people time by seeing if they had parcels pre-labeled.
