Very rude and unprofessional! I came in to get passports made for my children and was treated like it was a hassle and I was bothering them. Also was treated like I was a moron because I didnt have my husband with me who I needed for the passport. Definitely need a clean sweep of employees! I told the lady its fine I'll go somewhere else and she then proceeded to say well then you can just leave those applications here and get new ones somewhere else. I was like um no.... just very rude!!!!

Michael was amazing help to me. He went above and beyond to help me with a tracking number for a package. He did everything he possibly could to locate information. He definitely needs to be recognized for his work ethic.

I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience at this USPS location while trying to apply for my passport. The staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly not on the same page when it comes to their own policies. I was told I had to leave and get a money order, even though everyone else in my family had used a cashier’s check at the same location just days before without any issues.
When I returned, the woman sitting at the front and the man who helped me on Friday, April 25th during the day actually laughed and said, “Where did you go?” “Was there a line?” “Yeah we were wondering where you went” “Hahaha she said yeah there was a line” and just kept laughing as if it was funny. Well, since you must know, my mom had me go to our bank, not Dierbergs for the money order I needed to be helped.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. USPS is a public service, and your employees should treat people with basic respect. Laughing at customers and giving out inconsistent information is unprofessional and embarrassing. You work for the public and you should act like it. USPS should not have employees like this representing them.

Our passport agent, Tamika, was wonderful! Pleasant and positive while being professional and efficient! Need more people with her attitude around!

The female that worked the front desk on 3/21 in the PM should not be employed. Took a phone call with a friend on speaker phone instead of helping me, belittled her male coworker, then continued to not help me. Was such a weird experience.

There's a reason why their rating is so low. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced and not just at the post office.

This post office has been pretty good for the last couple years. Unfortunately, for the last 5-6 months the service has been horrible. I am not sure what changed but something happened ~6 months ago that has had a major impact on the service. My mail arrives 20-25 days after it was sent and it takes about the same amount of time to reach where I'm sending it. This has been causing issues when it comes to loan payments and other bills. I am the one left paying the late fees with no help from USPS. I now have to pay $10 for 2 day shipping at FedEx on all of my loan payments. Unacceptable.

Terrible customer service at the front desk. The lady working there when I went was not at all helpful and extremely rude.

None of these people should be dealing with the public. Roll eyes, huff n puff, literally yell at people. I had something to send out priority, which I have never done before, and they made me feel like an idiot. Sorry i’m not a postal work so I don’t deal with this stuff daily. Just explain without an attitude. One of the women today was literally screaming at this lady “get off the counter get off the counter”. It was absolutely disgusting. Most certainly you could get better quality people in there.

Multiple times I've asked them where my mail was at to be told that they would have it delivered again and again just for the dude to not even try to make it down my road

Mailed a birthday card from Oakville Post office to my son’s home in Eureka 10 days ago. He still doesn’t have it!

No mail service for 2 straight days. No local phone number listed, just an 800 # that doesn’t take info or routes to local P.O. Your menu recording cuts in & out & gets garbled, skips, stops in mid service then is confused as to what customer is calling about. Terrible postal service. Worst ever it’s been in Oakville MO!

my package has been missing for over 2 weeks and usps marked it as delivered I’ve called multiple times and filed multiple complaints and no one will help me. I have been incredibly patient and understanding and Deangela Whiteside only responds with incredibly rude and unhelpful emails saying she refuses to do anything about the situation. I have no idea what to do.

Rep was very rude when looking to apply for a passport. The only communication we received was, “We don’t do walk ins” when asking about a passport. Their sign says “limited walk ins available”. Don’t go here if good service is desired.
