This place sucks. I submitted a change of address more than two weeks ago. Not a single piece of mail is being forwarded. It is all held up in St. Louis. When I tried calling, no one picks up.

I’ve had a P.O. Box at this location for a while now, and the service has always been great. Cody and the rest of the staff are super friendly and always willing to help out. Whether I need help tracking down a package or just have a quick question, they’re always patient and on it. It’s honestly one of the most helpful post offices I’ve been to. Big thanks to the whole team

The employees at this location were compassionate, knowledgeable, and pleasant when I came in for passport services. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants exceptional service.

I have a PO Box at this location, but unlike other locations that allow access to PO Boxes 24 hours a day, this location doesn't open the doors until 7am.... at least they say they do. It's usually 8am or later, or whenever they feel like it. I wish it wasn't so much work to change our address with our vendors again, since i just recently changed to this PO Box, so I could move out of this location immediately, so that I could get my mail and get to work by 7am like I'm supposed to. They charge me for a PO Box that is behind a locked door for over half a day! Definitely don't recommend this post office to anyone.

this is the third time now that they have lost my package or made it a hassle to receive it. the number either doesn’t work or they just don’t answer. i wish i had the option to choose my carrier cause USPS wouldn’t be it I would rather walk across the country barefoot and get my package myself before I let them out their hands on my order again.

WORST POST OFFICE!! The incompetent, lazy, racist manager refused to give me my certified letter! I had to have law enforcement force her to give me my letter. On two other occasions; they told me they ran out of stamps to sell. OUTRAGEOUS

My last 3 packages have been delayed due to delivery incompetency. This place sucks, I cannot wait till the mail system gets privatized and the USPS gets shut down.

Mailmen keep leaving someone else's mail in my mailbox after i've left notes AND I contacted USPS. It would be GREAT if they stopped. USPS gave me attitude and said they couldn’t do anything about it so if they don’t they get their mail it’s YOUR fault. Do better.

Gosh … they don’t deserve a single star . This branch lost our certified mail and they refuse to pick up their phone (. I guess it’s much easier for them to pick up the phone then immediately disconnect people when they call .) . Absolutely no help offered and we did online tracking request BEFORE we started calling them !
