I emailed to try to resolve an issue I had with my grill. I received a prompt reply. But when I replied back I was ghosted. I have sent 2 more emails since and nothing! I like my grill but the customer service is severely lacking

Purchased an s-series dual grill and am very satisfied.Customer service (Eric) was exemplary while dealing with a damage (shipping) issue .Highly recommend Vision grills !
