Jack was extremely personable and extremely helpful. Even when I wasn't sure of my login, he was able to get the information we needed to upgrade my hotspot data amount. Mohammed was super fast getting me upgraded on a new device but that store was uncomfortably warm to be in. My mom and I were fanning ourselves, as well as Mohammed from time to time. Please fix your air conditioning!
