Shoutout to Robert for his amazing customer service!
On Saturday, 02/22/2025, my wife and I visited this store to upgrade our phones, and we had the pleasure of working with Robert. His service and social skills were outstanding—we were laughing and having a great time!
Unfortunately, our experience took a turn for the worse when the manager on duty at 12 PM stepped in. Despite doing nothing but being on her phone at the check-in desk while five or more customers waited for help, she suddenly took over for Robert—who was actively assisting us—and sent him to help other customers.
Without consulting me, she skipped over the basic setup of my new phone and only informed me after she had already started the data transfer. This is my phone—she had no right to skip anything without asking first. After that, she simply walked away, and we never saw or heard from her again.
Robert was fantastic, but the manager made what should have been a great experience incredibly frustrating.
Update: 03/19/2025 - Our first bill after the upgrade our bill increased $200 dollars. Turns out the store manager changed our bill and added a 3rd line to our account without us knowing.

Any particular reason why a transaction I was able to do myself in 5 minutes online took over 2 hours?
If AT&T hadn't cancelled an order for no reason and forced me to go to a storefront I wouldn't have gone in the first place.
Then, shockingly, when I said we were leaving in 5 minutes no matter what, the salesperson stopped disappearing into the back for 20 minutes for no reason and got it all done?
I'm buying a phone. It shouldn't feel like I'm buying a car.

Dont do business at this location. I was charged a restocking fee of $55 for canceling my sale in store because salesperson Madeline first offered me $700 in writing for my trade in and changed to a $350 offer after she noticed a hairline crack in my phone. She had the phone in her possession for 20 minutes but didn't say anything until after she started processing my credit card for the tax on the new phone.The manager was perfectly ok with losing a 20 year ATT customer over $55. This could have been avoided if the sales person would have inspected my phone before cracking the seal on the new phone box. I left with nothing and a $55 charge.

Went in with a problem with my phone. Store personnel were not able to fix it. Referred me to the warranty center. No problem there.
Considered upgrading phone, but the STORE ONLY HAS 2 PHONES AVAILABLE.
NONE OF THE PHONES I WAS CONSIDERING.
How does a store stay in business without inventory.
No store in St Louis REGION had the phone I was looking for available.
Poor rating from me.
Very disappointed.

Mattie Q was very helpful and patient. Picking out and programming new phones is not my favorite thing to do. She made it a lot more pleasant. She clearly has a lot of experience, and explained everything thoroughly. She went out of her way to make sure we had all the discounts applied. She got everything squared away, very happy with the phones.

Spent 3 hours at the store getting a new phone. Was told give AT&T's system abhor or two and my watch should start working with new phone. Waited 2 hours and called tech support. Was transferred a couple of times. After 1 hour on the phone I was disconnected. I called back and had to start all over again. Within 10 minutes was disconnected again. Called my local store and after several attempts my watch and phone started working. No customer should have to spend the better part of their day trying to upgrade a phone.

The store manager Jeanne was amazing! She walked me through my options, discovered the issue, fixed it, help me add a new line, gave me account solutions and saved me money. Way to go!

Kyle the Manager land Michael the customer service rep were very helpful to me . Michael is a very personable and great customer service rep along with being very knowledgeable
