“I needed a new battery and went to this O'Reilly location. It just snowed the day before, so it was cold. Micheal went out and changed my battery for me without hesitation. The terminals were all corroded, and it was no quick job, but he kindly stuck with it until it was fixed. He replaced a few parts, but it was only $13 extra. He didn't run up a huge bill. Micheal's coworker came out and helped between customers. As a woman, who unfortunately doesn't know much about car maintenance, I really, really appreciated the two of them helping me that day. O'Reilly should be so proud of what a great staff they have at this St. Peters , Mo. location. Thank you!!!”
“Excellent customer service from start to finish. With the high amount of hail damage claims from the recent storm, Cornerstone was able to get my vehicle in for a quote. The best part about Cornerstone Auto Body is that their family owned. If you haven't experienced a family owned business then you're missing out! They make you feel like you're part of the family with the amount of care and kindness they exude through out the entire process. I've seen a written review and the person called them "top notch" and he is 100% accurate.”
“I called on November 11, 2024 and spoke with Jessica. She was extremely personable and very professional. She made me feel that she was glad I called and that she was eager to help me! She said I could come over anytime so I came over right away. I had been hit by another driver and I had a big dent in my bumper. “They were able to take the vehicle in same day & offered to assist me in getting a rental vehicle.
They originally told me that the repairs would take two weeks, but they called a week and a half later to let me know the vehicle was all finished up.
When I arrived, the vehicle was freshly washed & the repairs looked phenomenal. It looks brand new again. They went above and beyond from beginning to end, and I will certainly be sending anyone I can their way!

And of course when I got there they lived up to their reputation. Took the part back to this location, also lived up to my expectations. Always polite and make u feel like they reallyWant to help you. I delt sarge today. Super nice guy. Unlike most other auto part stores where I feel like I’m interrupting their day. Lucky for me this oreilly’s is this closest parts store for me. If they always had every part I needed I’d never bother going anywhere else.”

Autozone didn't have my very specific part, but he helped me look at my fuse box, taught me how to open it, showed me what I was looking at, and described exactly what I needed and what to do to fix my problem.
