Best Buy is a store with a great selection of things to choose from. It is typically a clean store, and there is always someone there to help. The staff are often pleasant and helpful, with employees noted for being patient and assisting customers over a long time to figure out what they want. However, the store has aged in some locations. You can tell it is not being kept up, with areas having old broken furniture, broken appliances, and a general run-down feeling that could use an update. Sometimes they are out of stock on everything, which can be disappointing for customers who travel far. Customer service experiences vary. While many employees are helpful, there can be issues with order pickup, where items are not brought to the designated area. There are also serious concerns from some customers about warranties. One customer reported buying a costly two-year warranty that was not properly explained, feeling it was misleading or not advertised at all, which left them feeling the store was trying to screw people over.
I had a problem with a laptop that I bought here and I was very frustrated. Alan and Leelan were able to help me quickly and made my issue right. They are excellent employees.

The cashier was quick and friendly. He offered to load the TV into my car and gave me instructions to make sure it arrived safely home.
