βI had an issue with my insurance coverage. Shannon and her team were willing to make the calls to get it straightened out. They didn't give up on me and kept me in the loop letting me know when there were still issues and when it was all fixed so I could get my medication at the right price. I am so incredibly thankful for their diligence and willingness to try again when my insurance companies were being ridiculous. I spent two frustrating weeks in the phone with Express Scripts trying to figure out where the issue was. Once we finally identified it, and it was rectified it was still persnickety about going all the way through. Shannon let me know with the holiday it may be two or three days before the 3rd party group could get it through. The delight today when she called to say, guess what, it's all fixed you can come on up and get it and we shouldn't have this issue going forward. Your crew there are truly so kind and do so much for their customers to make sure we get the coverage and medication we need!β

βThis location has been my go to for a few years now. The pharmacy staff is great, but the pharmacy manager, Janelle Thompson takes outstanding to a new level. She cares, is accommodating and goes above and beyond to take care of my needs. Simply the best. I drive twenty miles past the location by my home to do business at her location. Ms Thompson deserves praise and recognition for her work!β

Prescription/insurance issue!
Janell was amazing at dealing with the issue and trying to find a solution. Amazing customer service!
I spoke to Kayla in the pharmacy about two problems I was having with prescriptions and she quickly solved both of them. These are ongoing problems I had with another Walgreens Pharmacy in the area for several weeks that I was getting no communication and no resolution. I see no reason to continue using the other Pharmacy.β

βMy 7 eleven is very close to my neighborhood and I can quickly select items. I like the fresh brewed coffee instead of the recent move to machine-dispensed from other stores (crisp blueberry is fast becoming my fav! ?). Friendly local owners. A great neighborhood store.β
βThere's a Petro-Mart convenience store attached to this 12-pump fuel station with gas and auto diesel. The store is smallish but carries the usual assortment of soft and hard drinks, snacks, a small assortment of to-go sandwiches, and impulse items.β

βThis is my go-to gas station! everyone that works there is super friendly. Iβve gone in several times and all the employees greet me as a regular. Jeremiah is very friendly, heβs an amazing worker and makes my day everyday I come in. When I come in at nights, Nick is also super friendly and a genuine guy. This circle k has AMAZING customer service and are super reliable when it comes to customer satisfaction!!β

βCan we do something about the bushes overhanging 6 feet into the parking spaces. When this store is packed, you have to park in the back. Tons of bushes need removed and or cleaned up. They are all dead.β
βScheduled an immunization appointment on a Saturday afternoon but showed up early. The pharmacist took care of us and got us in and out in no time. She knows what sheβs doing as the shots didnβt hurt. Thank you.β
βI had never used the CVS βKodak Moments Kioskβ to enlarge my own photos. I had a recent wedding picture texted to me & I wanted two 8x10 enlarged prints. Luckily I came in at a time when there werenβt a lot of people in the store. The cashier offered to walk me thru enlarging my photo. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He had me do the work but βheld my handβ at every step. The pictures are wonderful and I believe, because of the help from the cashier, Iβll be able to do this myself the next time I need photo reprints ( which turned out perfectly by the way). Thanks to this young man & his help Iβll be back to use the kiosk again.β

βThis Mobil On The Go location has friendly very friendly service. I was trying to use a card that ended up not functioning. The clerk inside got on the speaker and let me know I should pump the gas and then come inside and pay. I didn't even know pre-pumping was allowed anywhere anymore. Upon going in the clerk was very friendly and wished me a nice day.β
