“My Chevy Colorado truck was hit a few months ago. I had Cornerstone Auto Body do the repair. The truck bed was bent up pretty bad and, like most older trucks, had some rust over the wheel wells.Cornerstone's front office went above and beyond for me ... they found a nice, clean, rust free bed and swapped beds for me. Of course, there was some additional cost but it really wasn't anywhere near what I would have thought it would be. Then, the entire bed and (my original) tailgate were prepped and painted and they even re-stripped the entire truck. They did a fantastic job ... I couldn't be happier.Also, the entire staff was incredibly friendly.”

“I'm SO happy I went with complete auto body. Obviously needing to go to a body shop isn't fun for anyone, but complete auto body was awesome. I had gotten estimates from a few places and no other body shop treated me the way this one did. The customer service was phenomenal, professional, and prompt which I really appreciated because a lot of the time these types of places are very intimidating for someone who's young and doesn't know a lot about cars. My car looks flawless and I loved how they were able to get me in quickly and complete the job quickly while maintaining extremely high quality work for a fair price. “I’ve never felt the need to write a review for anything before this but I felt like this place deserves a great review and more! Specifically the Rick, the sales guy who helped me get my car. I’ve purchased vehicles from many different dealerships and small lots and had terrible experiences every time. This was the opposite of that. “I usually do not leave reviews unless there is something significant to note. I purchased a new vehicle from St Charles Hyundai in March 2022. In May 2022, I received a call from their accounting office and they advised that I had qualified for a rebate that was unpublished at the time of my purchase. The rebate was for $500 and they provided a check. I thought that was above and beyond at the time and made me happy about doing business with them. This past October, my son was looking for a new car and I told him to look at a new Hyundai, as I have been pleased with mine. He and I went to St Charles Hyundai and he decided to buy one of the cars. I mentioned to the sales person that I told my son to come there to look because I was very pleased with them about my past experience. The salesperson on my son's purchase requested St Charles Hyundai send a referral bonus to me for $100. I received that in the mail a couple of days ago. In my opinion, this is a business that operates ethically and I take no hesitation in recommending them if you are buying a car. They hit it out of the park on customer service!”
