“About a month ago we had an incident where the back window of our mini van shattered and the sliding door came off the track. We took it to Harvestown Auto and right away the owner came out and took care of us him and his guys were able to crash wrap the window and get the door back on the track so we could drive it until we could make other arrangements to have it repaired. They took such good care of my family and made sure our Van was back to looking brand new! Thank you so much for all that you did.”

So, we heard about James, Bullseye Custom & Collision and took it there to get an estimate and see if he could work on it. Today it was returned and "Hallelujah" it looks fantastic. I originally had my BMW at a well known service department where it sat - with no work completed - for 6 days before I picked it up & brought it to Import Specialists. Nick was able to get me in immediately, diagnose the issues, ordered parts & called me 3 days early to inform me that my car was ready to be picked up! The price for the repairs seemed very fair & reasonable. I was happy to pay because they underpromised & over delivered, stayed in constant communication about the issues, how to fix them & the timeline until I would have my vehicle back. I will now take my BMW there for any & all future repairs & already have another appointment set to get new tires from them as well. Thank you Import Specialists for providing such a 10/10 service!
