Had a size too big, tags attached - Christmas gift..just wanted to exchange for smaller size. Was a gift, no receipt. Karen at the counter, well...had to buy a new one and come back home to look for receipt for a refund on the first one. Saturday afternoon...4:00 - 4:30 ish...just saying, WOW! Not my favorite store...
