“The staff in this store is kind, enthusiastic, patient, and just really good at their job. I purchased several things for my daughter for Christmas and wanted to exchange one item for another online item. Annette kindly assisted us through the process, then remembered details about the order to assist us again when it arrived. We were recently back in the store and had started to check out, but then wanted to add an item. Trinity and the manager were accommodating and encouraged us to take our time.”
“This is a very cute little shop filled with a bunch of small businesses. It has a bit of everything and is a perfect place to shop for gifts. The lady that owns the place is very nice. 100% recommend they need more business.”

“I visited this Old Navy location tonight as I had a few returns to make. It was complicated as I had some exchanges, some “past due” returns, and some typical returns. Sophie and her manager Bridget were so patient and kind through the entire process! Excellent and friendly customer service with a very busy store. Great staff and great manager!”

“Had the BEST experience at this location today! The store manager, Hollis, was incredibly helpful! They were able to find everything our kid needed to start an entire new wardrobe. Our teen has never been able to find clothes that really fit their style until today. Hollis went above and beyond to help our kid be comfortable with figuring out what they liked and needed! They even answered styling questions beyond the jeans and T-shirts our kiddo picked out and when we walked in I asked them if they could adjust the music volume due to certain needs, Hollis didn't even question it. Hollis, you absolutely made my day today! Thank you!”

“They have nice clothes and nice brands, but it’s either baggy and bummy, or skimpy. I was looking for day to day clothes, and have of the items here are cropped, or minimal coverage. That’s for Fridays, I want Monday clothes. Idk, maybe I come on the wrong days. Nice stuff for someone who vibes like that, though! The employees are very nice.”
