When I requested for help one young person taking care of Kios check out helped me to get connected to Anna to identify 19 items listed for shopping and Anna being extraordinary young and very talented person help to identify 19 items in just 6 to 7 minutes. That’s an outstanding performance and I would like to thank the entire team for their support and help whenever I need. The best place to shop is Target. Love Target for shopping and support that I receive from staff. Many thanks to ANNA. She deserves encouragement from management staff.”

My wife had some makeup she needed to take back to exchange she was thinking they would just tell her to throw it away but they didn’t the lady stepped right up and took care of her exchange it the lady was so professional my wife said when she needs more makeup she always go see Lanie she was AWESOME”
“This store was organized and clean. The staff were friendly especially the cashier Jenny. They had a wide selection of apparel with most sizes available. Typical department store format. Similar to a JCPenney except it is more organized.”

“I was surprised to find it as neat and put together for a clearance store. I was also surprised to find my size. I'm a bigger man and was able to find two pairs of trousers and a reversible belt in my size as well. Not a great selection but as Fall/Winter approaches I'm sure their will be Summer items on clearance and hopefully a wider selection of men's clothing. It is far from where I live. It would be nice to have one in South or near West County. We need more high end clearance stores!”

“Allison, the Merchandise Supervisor for Men’s, Kids, and Home, was phenomenal. She provided truly superior customer service when assisting in an area she normally does not work in. So often, when someone is called to help in another department, they respond as though it’s not their job and the service becomes subpar. That was absolutely not the case with Allison. She stepped in with professionalism, patience, and a genuine willingness to help. She is truly an asset to the store.
I also had the opportunity to speak with Megan, the General Manager, who was kind, compassionate, and very understanding. It’s clear that strong leadership is present.
JCPenney is truly blessed to have employees like Allison and Megan. No matter what you’re shopping for, the location at the mall is absolutely worth a visit.”
“I am an employee of this neighborhood WALMART on sutters Mill Road I I always like helping people here even though I am always on carts and even though when people are down in the dumps I do everything I can to help them have a better day/night I also love helping people find the things I need in the store and when they need help with groceries, I and there to help. “I have only been to this location a couple of times. When I was there it was very busy. The workers are friendly and inviting. The only thing I seen that could use improvement is the location of items as the Walmart app I use to find my items, the location of groceries was a mess. Several times the items location was quite a ways off from the actual location. Several of the items were completely out of stock all throughout the store. However, the workers were all busy stocking shelves as quickly as they could and one explained that they are a very busy store and they do try to keep up. So with that being said hopefully it was just from being a busy day. The store was very clean and other than that I had no issues it was a positive experience. Thank you all for everything you do”
“Return was so easy. I was next in line and returned it online and when they called next, I just showed it to her and she took the item. I already had the confirmation. Easy peasy and even gives you a coupon to use in the store.
Today was online pickup. Easy, short wait and back on the road again.”
