“I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Jeff at the Mid Rivers store. If you want great customer service and awesome sales associate to go above and beyond for you Jeff is the person you need to see! We had a miscommunication when we purchased our new line and new number. I called the store and was fortunate enough to get Jeff. He found out what my problem was and didn’t hesitate to step in and find a solution to our problem. Without me having to come into the store to get this fixed Jeff called and texted me with updates to my account. After 2 1/2 hours of hard work Jeff got our account fixed and made us all very happy! Thank you Jeff for going that extra mile to fix our account! You have a customer for life! We live in Foristell and will make the extra long drive to Mid Rivers for all our future phone needs! “My 7 eleven is very close to my neighborhood and I can quickly select items. I like the fresh brewed coffee instead of the recent move to machine-dispensed from other stores (crisp blueberry is fast becoming my fav! ?). Friendly local owners. A great neighborhood store.”
“I bought a new phone on Amazon, went to a store in San Francisco, and they inserted an incompatible simcard. I didn't discover this problem until I was in St. Peters. This store replaced the simcard for free - with no trouble whatsoever - and made sure my days-long-ordeal attempting to activate my new phone would prove a success. When I requested for help one young person taking care of Kios check out helped me to get connected to Anna to identify 19 items listed for shopping and Anna being extraordinary young and very talented person help to identify 19 items in just 6 to 7 minutes. That’s an outstanding performance and I would like to thank the entire team for their support and help whenever I need. The best place to shop is Target.
