Honest Affordable Auto Repair is a very trustworthy and great shop to work with. The experience is fabulous, convenient, straightforward, and affordable. They are the only shop able to fix issues correctly the first time, for a very reasonable price, often cheaper than other shops. The service is incredibly honest; they inform customers of options without pushing for unnecessary repairs. They are also known for exceptional helpfulness, answering calls and providing sound advice even on Sundays and days off. They work promptly, often completing repairs the same day or within a very short timeframe, including late evenings. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative about both current work and future repairs. They take care of customers, prevent major issues, and save a ton of time and money. This is a solid joint and a very reliable new repair shop to go to.
