I love this store, the employees are always so friendly and 9 times out of 10 I leave with a new pair of doc martens (they’re just so good at being salespeople I can’t resist!) I highly recommend coming here whenever you visit Mid Rivers mall:)

The store manager and employees are more than amazing. I brought in all of my kids and was able to find each one a pair they loved. You can tell the store manager is passionate about her job as she was able to almost eyeball all kids shoe sizes! Very happy for such a pleasant shopping experience.

Called this store this morning and offered to pay for a pair of Uggs over the phone since they only had one pair left and are only sold in store, not online. The staff said no need they'd hold till the end of the day and took my name. Went to pick them up and they had sold them already despite acknowledging holding for me. The manager said holding them doesn't guarantee they will be there when you get there. And said manager walked away without a care. Are you kidding me????? I wish I could leave zero stars.

In the store the ladies were helpful. I asked for a size 6 in woman's and didn't realize until I got home that is was a size 7.5 ( said 6 in men's on the box ). I went back to the store and wanted to do and exchange but sadly they didn't have the size I needed so I had to pick a different shoe I didn't really like and was more expansive. They did offer to order me the size I need but I don't live in the area I was just visiting. I wish the would have just done the even exchange I was their fault they gave me the wrong size to begin with so I shouldn't have to pay more for them to fix it.
