Alexa is a true gem! Went in today with my wife and quickly was helped with a smile. Also was shown a care kit with no expectation to make the upsale, but after the thorough run through, we got it with the shoes. Definitely recommend shopping here.

I love this store, the employees are always so friendly and 9 times out of 10 I leave with a new pair of doc martens (they’re just so good at being salespeople I can’t resist!) I highly recommend coming here whenever you visit Mid Rivers mall:)
