Never had a need to contact them. I have ordered a couple of Festool products and never had a problem. Ordering was easy and the items were shipped out promptly via UPS. Waiting on the 100th Anniversary Domino Edition now. Will definitely order more products from Beaver Industrial.

Very knowledgeable staff and impressive stocking of specialty tools. Very helpful with questions I had and already had my pick up order ready for me when I walked in. These are the people to buy tools from in Stl. Period.
