Absolutely amazing place! You can tell right away that this was built with heart and dedication. A young entrepreneur had a vision, and he, along with his family, brought it to life in the best way possible. All six of us had an absolute blast, and it’s the kind of place that just makes you want to come back.
What really stands out is the passion—this young man is there working nearly every day, putting in the effort to make sure everyone has a great experience. You don’t see that kind of dedication often. I highly recommend giving this place a shot and supporting someone who truly puts their heart into what they do!

Nice place I forgot items I bought need to go get them I went to get the items that where paid for and forgot and they acted like it never happened so they kept the money and the two hats I paid for. This is a untrust worthy department store I would shop for my dog there.

Went to pick up my online delivery yesterday and the lady infont of me got her items just fine in fast. As soon as I next the man wanted to ask me all these questions which I know he didn't ask her. Never had this problem before. I have more items to come hope I don't have to deal with him again.

I went in to find an outfit for my best friends wedding. I have a really hard time feeling comfortable in mens clothing (I’m trans) and was worried about things fitting me improperly and looking like a goof. I didn't know the first thing about sizing and that's when an employee helped my friends and I— her name was Robin. She took my measurements without issue and kept conversation the whole time. She genuinely made an experience that is usually pretty rough for me seem easy! Seriously a great employee— you better pay her good Macys. ✨

My opportunity to take the survey on my most recent shopping experience had expired so I wanted to personally shine light on an employee named Jeff in men’s clothing. Very seldom do employees find value in even making eye contact with customers, I was pleasantly surprised. In search for the checkout, Jeff had noticed and was quick to assist. Excellent customer service on top of a pleasant and professional demeanor. He deserves praise and recognition.
