“I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Jeff at the Mid Rivers store. If you want great customer service and awesome sales associate to go above and beyond for you Jeff is the person you need to see! We had a miscommunication when we purchased our new line and new number. I called the store and was fortunate enough to get Jeff. He found out what my problem was and didn’t hesitate to step in and find a solution to our problem. Without me having to come into the store to get this fixed Jeff called and texted me with updates to my account. After 2 1/2 hours of hard work Jeff got our account fixed and made us all very happy! “I bought a new phone on Amazon, went to a store in San Francisco, and they inserted an incompatible simcard. I didn't discover this problem until I was in St. Peters. This store replaced the simcard for free - with no trouble whatsoever - and made sure my days-long-ordeal attempting to activate my new phone would prove a success. “The two guys at this store got my email up and running in a matter of minutes! We had the same problem earlier this year and I went to another phone store, not TMobil. While the problem was taken care of, it took about an hour of effort. I was in and out of this TMobil store in about 5 minutes! And they showed me how to fix it myself! Great customer service!”

“Andrew helped me get my Samsung phone screen back to the way it was when I first got it. I'm overjoyed. I deleted an app and the screen ignored my thumb. Andrew solved my problem and now I can use my phone again. I waited 20 minutes to see him. It was worth the wait. He let me side hug him. It was a good visit.
***This applies to all cell phone stores. I don't like how the sales person won't show you how to fix your problems on your phone. That way I wouldn't need to go to the store every time I have a problem.***”
