“I wish I had gotten the employee’s name, but I had an issue with a very important, time-sensitive package that was marked undeliverable because my name wasn’t yet associated with the mailbox since I had just moved in. The package was about to be returned to the sender, and I was extremely stressed.
The young woman who helped me truly went out of her way to fix the situation. She was patient, understanding, and genuinely helpful, and she made a huge difference for me. I’m very grateful for her help and the effort she put in. Excellent customer service.”

At the other location, they kicked us out because we didn’t have enough time to fill out our application and complete the appointment. Everybody is really working hard here in a difficult time and a difficult environment, in which I think the St Peter's location is literally the best in the region!”
