The staff discussed with us about types of items we would be storing to determine the right size unit appropriate for us. The staff was very upfront about the rates and terms of the agreement, payment methods, etc. So there were no surprises when completing the contract. We were able to select a unit, not just assigned one. Our unit was swept out and ready to go when we were ready to take possession. Leanna and Barbara were a pleasure to work with! I would recommend this business to anyone needing extra storage.”

“I almost spent close to $2,000 to pay for moving instead I decided to do it myself I like this particular location more than any because I feel like it's family-owned and they are very nice people it's a mother and a daughter that I know of some of the nicest people I've met in years thank you so much and it didn't cost me even $300 maybe. But I've rented a 20 foot a 15 ft and 2 10-ft trucks. That's quite a few trucks”

“I want u all at u haul know what a great bunch of employees you have at your World Headquarters in St Peters MO. I like calling it that because A. Its the biggest U haul place I've ever been to and B. Im an idiot. Seriously. Moving is stressful enough. Dont need anymore stress. You guys lower the stress level significantly. U haul! You got a well oiled machine working in St Peters MO! Well managed and well maintained! Super clean facilities.. Give them youngsters a raise! Highly recommend”
“Customer service is great, the facility is hot and doesn't seem to have much cooling inside. The carts provided have wheels that don't go over bumps well, make sure you stack your stuff well.”
