I was waiting for things to get better at this Public Storage facility before leaving a review. Unfortunately, they have gotten only worse! Upon arrival to the facility today the sliding security door was completely open and the doors would not close. When I walked in, all moving carts were gone (mind you, nobody else was there at the time) Both bathroom doors were locked and unaccessible. (In fact, I haven't been able to access the men's bathroom for over two months.) Above the bathrooms was a security camera that was completely dislodged from the ceiling and hanging by a wire.
For the amount I am paying each month this is completely unacceptable. I cannot wait until I'm able to move my stuff from this facility.

Storage elevator doesn't work currently at this time. I'm on second floor and its a hassle to go up the stairs with heavy items

The units on midrives mall drive never have a property manager on-site. Once again we are unable to access our unit and customer service hangs up on you or puts you on hold for 30 minutes. I would not rent here. 14 people came and left without accessing their units as well today. I gave 1 star because I had to. Good luck.

Gall at the front office was incredibly helpful, kind and efficient in helping me get things squared away with my rental agreement. Facilities are also neat and well kept.
