    It was soooo easy to make an appointment, check in...and I was called in 15 minutes before my actual appointment time. My lab tech was great. I would go to this location again.

    I was very pleased with the quick response to service and the friendly atmosphere provided by Jamecia. She gave very clear instructions and handled my blood draw professionally with no problems.

    This person knew how to draw blood from very small veins! However, because direct pressure was not applied long enough, I have a huge bruise. I wish they would take a few minutes to apply pressure to stop the bleeding before they put a wad of gauze on and tape it down. That doesn't stop the bleeding like direct pressure.
