    Appointments were running on time. Melissa was delightful, personable, knowledgeable, and made me feel like a person and not a number.

    Melissa, a phlebotomist at Quest St. Peters, was very professional and kind. While taking me back for my scheduled appointment she greeted an elder woman trying to drop off a urine sample. The woman was agitated and disoriented but Melissa remained calm and soothing. She guided her and assisted with getting her the attention... read full comment

    Check in was easy love the app and the texts. Was on schedule in and out fast, professional, and the phlebotomist was excellent and knew what she was doing and good at it A+ 😊
