I like the convivence of the App/Website for scheduling appointments and reviewing test results. My Phlebotomist, Deshone was Awesome. She was very professional, polite and can draw blood without you feeling anything.

Viola did my labs and she was awesome. Very personable as well as skilled in lab drawing. Considering I was there to get stuck, it wasn’t a bad experience at all. Very quick.

Pretty much all of these places are a days wait. You better not have a job, places to be or things to do. There is no way to drop off a specimen drop off. Nope. You better just be ready to wait your whole day away. No urgency. You have better luck at the DMV. There is no accountability for these people either. I’m glad they have 26 seats for all the people left waiting and wasting their entire day here. I mean they’re all like this- but can there be a change? Incentivize them having some urgency???

There are no humans at all who answer the phones. The phone service is impossible to navigate, so I’ll have to walk in and take a chance. Hopefully they’ll have some kind of human who actually works there to actually talk to me. Wow. Never in my educated life have I ever had this much difficulty with any business. This level of incompetence is akin only to the Biden administration or perhaps a congress of gorilla. Answer your phones. This is why you have an ugly rating on google. I’ll just go elsewhere. Lost another customer. Have fun with your failing business.

Trish was very good at doing my blood work.
Also she took me back only 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Much better than the hour wait in the past.

Jenny was fantastic! I have a fear of needles and blood draws, so I was very nervous but she was fantastic and made me feel comfortable with the process! It was also virtually painless, which I'm very thankful for! Jenny was just awesome and made the experience great!

Both times I went to quest diagnostic and the nurse blew my vein while drawing blood. I received bruises on my arms the size of tennis balls both times.

I made an appointment and selected the option to wait outside for my turn and the waiting room was overfilled. There is no receptionist desk or human you can talk to. When you call, you get an automated system with no option to talk to a person. After waiting 35 minutes past my appointment time, I left. 20 minutes late, 55 minutes after my appointment time, I got a text saying they were ready for me. It wouldn’t be so bad if there was a human I could talk to!!! I didn’t know if I was just skipped or what. This place is absolutely horrible.

I scheduled an appointment online for 9:20am but when I arrived there were 38 scheduled people ahead of me. The screen is showing it will be 60 minutes. What is the purpose of an appointment??? No respect for other people’s time.

Im glad you asked. Too many people in dirty waiting area! I made my fasting appointment 5 days in advance & arrived before my appointment. I was FINALLY called for blood work 50 minutes AFTER my scheduled time! This Mexico Rd location needs more staff! And your computers need more training on how to effectively schedule!
