“This is my favorite consignment store. I stop by as often as possible since there is something new being put out every day. The employees are outstanding! They are very welcoming, kind, and always willing to help. If you enjoy consignment shops, or have never been to one, this is a must visit. Ladies, update your wardrobe here!”
“Love going here to check out swimsuits and outfits. They don’t seem to have as large of selection as use to and only allow you to try 1 to 2 items at time so little hassle. It’s bit expensive and overpriced but I recommend it and will continue to shops there for unique clothing.”

My wife had some makeup she needed to take back to exchange she was thinking they would just tell her to throw it away but they didn’t the lady stepped right up and took care of her exchange it the lady was so professional my wife said when she needs more makeup she always go see Lanie she was AWESOME”
“What an amazing location. They open at 10 AM most days, which is rare for places in the mall nowadays. The staff is friendly. Their threads are top-notch. I would highly recommend buckle to anyone, especially someone looking for high fashion at great prices.”

“This store was organized and clean. The staff were friendly especially the cashier Jenny. They had a wide selection of apparel with most sizes available. Typical department store format. Similar to a JCPenney except it is more organized.”

“Allison, the Merchandise Supervisor for Men’s, Kids, and Home, was phenomenal. She provided truly superior customer service when assisting in an area she normally does not work in. So often, when someone is called to help in another department, they respond as though it’s not their job and the service becomes subpar. That was absolutely not the case with Allison. She stepped in with professionalism, patience, and a genuine willingness to help. She is truly an asset to the store.
I also had the opportunity to speak with Megan, the General Manager, who was kind, compassionate, and very understanding. It’s clear that strong leadership is present.
JCPenney is truly blessed to have employees like Allison and Megan. No matter what you’re shopping for, the location at the mall is absolutely worth a visit.”

“I went to Lane Bryant to spend birthday gift cards, need some skirts to wear post operatively for the future. They didn't have a very good selection at all. Only 4 different skirts, but they did help me order a few online. I bought 2 skirts in-store. I bought 2 pairs of jeans as well. The salesperson wasn't that attentive at first, but then came around eventually. They're usually quite attentive and helpful at this store. I do like that they don't pressure you to buy. I do recommend this store, it's nice to have a great selection of fashionable, quality clothes as a plus size woman. Can't beat that.”

“The staff in this store is kind, enthusiastic, patient, and just really good at their job. I purchased several things for my daughter for Christmas and wanted to exchange one item for another online item. Annette kindly assisted us through the process, then remembered details about the order to assist us again when it arrived. We were recently back in the store and had started to check out, but then wanted to add an item. Trinity and the manager were accommodating and encouraged us to take our time.”
