Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sainte Genevieve
21958 State Hwy 32, Ste. GenevieveThe price for the room was good. The room itself was very clean and so was the lobby, hallway leading up to the room and parking lot. The breakfast was very basic (muffins, oatmeal bagels), but was included. They staff was extremely helpful and very friendly and inviting. I felt very safe. The area is quiet and not a lot of traffic at night. You need your key card to enter the lobby after hours, which is nice. That made me feel secure. If you check in after hours, there is a phone on the wall to call the desk. The building is a bit hard to find in the dark, but not too bad (just because of the location). The room itself was very comfortable. Little things to mention is no hand soap for the sink (I bring my own so that didn't matter), and the walls are a bit thin. I could hear the neighbor snoring, but he was a loud snorer anyway. I'm sure I still would have heard him regardless. Before getting here bring snacks and drinks. Though they do have vending machines in the lobby area, there isn't much around the direct area. There are (3) food places that I saw..... pizza (Dominos in the shopping center), a very small Mexican restaurant (I mean small! But with really good food!!), or canned items from the dollar tree. They do have a few good restaurants 30 minutes out, or 5 minutes down a winding road by the Moses Austin Park (72 S Gabouri st.), but most of those close early. Over all, I give it 11/10. Would definitely recommend for your stay!!!!
