100 Plaza Dr, WaterlooLocal and family owned!!! Never have had a bad sandwich here, you can't go wrong. My favorite is the Spicy Bird on sourdough with jalapeño mayo. All the sandwiches are customizable with all kinds of toppings at no charge, not shy with the toppings either and a huge shout out with freshly made breads. You can even buy fresh bread/bakes goods to take home as well! I make sure to stop by every time I'm passing through, and sometimes even if I'm not passing through, they're just THAT good!
