She handled the whole process of opening the account, all while I went to work. Account was ready to go the next day, no penalties for being a new customer. Was able to access the account, make deposits and no wait for my debit cards. Mobile app is simple, has no troublesome ads. Regent Bank took all my frustration and headache with other banks/credit unions and made it a stress free process. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a bank, I surely won't forget.”

“Have used for many years now and one of the friendliest of my 3 banks. The current (assistant?) manager super friendly, and knowledgeable of our families particular needs (great memory). We get military discount, and easy access to free checking, savings, and lock box. A solid 4.5 with the exception that there was no bathroom usage, I hope that has since changed as really lame. It is nice to be greeted with a warm smile when i do venture to this bank. Being kind goes a long ways at a bank.”
