“Want to give huge shout out to Steve and the whole Brines Towing crew. Lost the cover to my differential and was almost into the TA parking lot but rear axle locked on my on Evergreen street. I was literally still on the phone when Steve pulled up in his badass green rig to save the day. Now this was no normal job and I could see the wheels turning as Steve formulated different ways he could get me not only out of the roadway but my rear rolling for tow. He spent a good 2 hours, ended up pulling 3 axles. He was crazy friendly and held conversation with us thru out. One of the managers even rode the 4 wheeler up the street to check on us. Steve towed us to the closest Frieghtliner repair shop and waited almost 2 hours for them to figure out where to drop our truck. Huge concern was that if they left it in the repair lot, we would need another tow to get truck into repair bay. Steve not once showed us we were taking up too much time, or that he’d rather be doing anything else. Would highly recommend Brines Towing and Steve if he’s available. These guys showed up to a bad situation, and did everything they could to help make it batter. Not all Super Hero’s wear capes, some drive badass rigs with “Bad Habits” written across back window! All seriousness thank you Steve and Brines!”

“They may not agree with me, but these guys are angels! On the trip of our retirement dreams towing a 38 foot travel trailer we had a leaf spring break on the trailer. After sitting on the side of I 44 for about 2 hrs waiting to get help from our roadside assistance provider,Terry and John came to our rescue. They quickly decided what could be done to get us off the highway. They did the repairs quickly ,completed in one day allowing us to continue on our trip on schedule. You never want to have major problems when you're on a trip, but I have to say we were lucky it happened here in Springfield. Thanks to everyone at Terry's for your help!”
