“I took my 2005 Subaru Baja in because it was overheating. The guys there did a great job fixing my car. I called around to many places and no one said they were trained to work on boxer engines. They had it up and running in little over a week and it runs great. They made sure to keep me appraised of everything that was going on. They sent a detailed explanation of what was recommended to be fixed and things that were necessary. I will only take my Baja there again.”

“Turn and brake lights were burning out regularly but couldn't find the cause. Xperts' web site said they had electrical diagnosis expert on staff so I tried them. Found no shorts but a leaking rear lights housing. Replaced housing and all seems ok. If more electrical issues come back, will give them a try at those too. Glad I found them.”

We been doing business with Donnell for months now and took him a few cars and it’s time we leave a review. I’ll start by this, DON’T LET LOOKS FOOL YOU! This is no shade tree mechanic shop. No mechanic is perfect it’s hundreds of types of cars and millions of types of engine parts, they don’t know it all and they are not genies but so far he dang near is one! I took him a ridiculously difficult job on our 2018 Impala and it was a cake walk for him. Took him our Camaro and no difference, what we couldn’t figure out he diagnosed quickly. I must highlight his professionalism while being personal, I love the neighborhood mechanic feel but high quality work. His prices are fair and honestly some of the best. He sticks well to his estimated completion time. He had Integrity and honestly while working with us. Great communication! A lot of knowledge in this young man. I mean we have no complaints. We had a small issue when we left our first time, he told us to bring it back and took care of it no hassle. As many of us know reason we are reading comments it’s hard to find a quality, honest shop to trust with your vehicle. If you reading this you have found one.”
“It’s so much more efficient than other shops that it’s worth the extra 20 minute drive to go here. Other shops want you to make an appointment always at an inconvenient time or they are “all booked up on inspections.”J&L gets it done in a timely manner and they are very friendly. “Brought in my car a few months ago due to having some overheating issues. They got back to me once they found it was a radiator leak and worked with my warranty company had no issues with that and they got it done quick. Did have a problem with overheating again after picking it up but they asked me to bring it back and got it fixed right away, even checked up the next day after I picked it up to see how it was running. Appreciate them for getting it fixed quick.
Had came back recently due to overheating issues again from a bad thermostat and it was covered through warranty from the previous repair which was great also had a suspension problem aswell they got back to me and explained what it was and had it replaced and done very quick. Overall great experience both times and awesome customer service they’re easy to talk to and very trustworthy they explain everything to you before getting the work done. They do great work will be coming back if I ever need another repair again.”
“I got the oil changed in my girlfriend’s 2019 Ford Expedition. I think I forgot to reset the “oil life” so a little sooner than needed but it doesn’t hurt.
The service was great. Friendly people, efficient workers. They top off your fluids, check tire pressure, blow out OR replace air filter and the main goal…..change the oil. Thanks guys for another great experience!”
