“On the 29th of December 2025, after traveling several miles in a massive snow storm, on my way to Oklahoma. The skid plate located on the under carriage of my vehicle came loose. I stopped by this Valvoline express care in hopes it could be repaired. The business was closed, however, the employee on duty met me at the door. After explaining the situation, without hesitation the employee repaired the issue. I am very grateful for the professionalism and extra mile the employee showed.
