“I had severe damage to my car after a hailstorm. I took it to another place local in Wentzville and when they worked with my insurance they deemed it a total loss. My new insurance contact (was also in the process of switching insurance companies) suggested I reach out to Dennis at Gerry Counts. Dennis went out of his way to meet us closer to my house AND ultimately was able to fix my car without it being deemed a total loss.
