Super nice staff and one of the best places to pickup a brisket around. You can find products ranging from locally made soap or fresh jars of honey to homemade candies, pickles, rubs and spices.

Had a deer processed and got everything as I asked for!!! The snack sticks are amazing! Very friendly and didn’t take long until it was ready for pick up. Only downside was the jerky wasn’t mixed well. One bite would be ok next would be so salty you’d have to spit it out so we didn’t get to eat it.

Disappointed, had a beef butchered asked to have the flank and skirt thin sliced for Carne Asaada meat, they ignored instructions and failed to even call to clarify, its all ground up.

Staff were very friendly and professional. I had 2 deer processed and they came out fantastic. I dropped my deer off on Saturday and on Monday they let my wife make a custom order change. Have used them before this and will use again.

Zimmerman Meat Processing is great at what they do! They are clean, organized, timely and, ultimately, they produce well butchered meat exactly to your specifications! We've done business with them for years and recently..... always been happy.

Would give a negative star if I could. I drive all the way from Wyoming to pick up my processed beef from them and have every year for several years now. We wanted our steaks cut a little thicker this year from 1 inch (which is standard) to 2 inches. When we picked it up, there was a few steaks at 1 inches and the rest at 3 to 4 inches!!!!We stayed calm at the time and asked the gal that checked us out what happened. She decided to say nothing and not even an apology!!!! These people are suppose to be God fearing people and can not even apologize when they messed up!!! We stewed on this for awhile and decided to call because we needed some sort of compensation or even an apology from the owner. We never have heard anything back and this was July 7. The rancher that we purchase the beef from gave them a call as well and again no apology and no call back. These people are scandalous, thieves and liars. I would rather process the beef by myself (which I do not know how) then EVER give these low life's money again. Poor poor business skills.

Quality gone way down hill! Messed up last 3 orders. 30-40 lbs meat missing.They tried to replace with the store meat which is no comparison to the hogs we raise. Time before that did not do order correctly. Avoid this place unless someone fixes the quality issues

We took a Heifer into Zimmerman's to be Processed
the Second Week in May 2022. Our Beef wasn't
Processed the way We wanted.Only one Boneless Roast and Several Bone-in Roasts.We didn't Request
all Bone- in Roasts.When our Beef was ready We Picked it up Completely Frozen and still was Completely Frozen as it went into Our Home Freezer.
A Few Days Later We Opened Packages of Hamburger that was Light Brown and Dark Brown Color.This is on going with the Hamburger Quality.
There's Absolutely No Reason for this and No Excuse!
We got a Good Screwing on the Processing and Money We Paid.We also Requested 90/10 on the Hamburger .The Hamburger has Alot of Grease.
UPDATE --- Alot of Black,Gray and Brown Rotted Meat.We haven't been able to Eat our Beef only like 4 Packages has been Red. Any Meat that's been Bad We had to Throw out!!!

Last year we bought 1/2 beef from Zimmerman Meats. Although it wasn’t exceptional, it was certainly good enough to order again. This year, I asked them to do everything the same as last year, except cut the steaks 1” instead of 3/4”. They cut the steaks correctly, but that’s the only thing I’m happy with. My breakfast steaks were in large enough packages to feed two people last year. This year, it takes 4 of these incredibly small packages to feed one person, so the packaging would’ve cost much more. The burger was very good last year. This year, I doubt if it’s over 75% lean. I’ve attached a photo of the grease from 1# of ground beef. It feels more like the fat in sausage rather than hamburger. The steaks are dry and the longer you chew it, the bigger it gets. We’ll not be ordering from here ever again. Our friends bought the other half of the beef last year and again this year and have the same complaints.
