“I can’t thank this shop enough! I was hoping it was just needing tires because my vehicle had a bad shake in the front end. Thankfully, after talking with my mom, she encouraged me to stop by and have it checked first, because I’m currently 4 hours from home too.
I’m so grateful I did. They found that my tire was extremely dangerous—the belt had separated, wires were sticking out, and they told me it could have blown at any time. It honestly could have ended very differently if I had kept driving.
From the moment I called, I was treated with kindness. The mechanic’s wife Sherri answered the phone and told me to come right over. When I arrived, two of the guys even stayed behind instead of going to lunch to help get me safely back on the road.
