“I called to see if they had an item in stock I had seen on the website. The woman checked and said they had one. I told her great, confirmed their hours and said we'd see them shortly. When we arrived a couple hours later we didn't see it. So we asked the man behind the counter who couldn't find it either. I mentioned I'd called and confirmed it was in stock. He checked and the thoughtful co- worker had set it aside for us!! She didn't ask my name or tell me, just didn't want us to be disappointed. “I can't say enough good things about this company and their customer service! I was ordering my niece's first birthday gift while also studying for exams, and I actually received a call from them while I was taking an exam. They asked if I could call them back as soon as I was able regarding my order.
When I called back, they let me know that I had accidentally selected white thread, which wouldn't have shown up well on the item I ordered. They also noticed that the personalization I requested would have been too long and would have appeared very small. I honestly hadn't paid close attention to the thread option while placing the order because I was multitasking (completely my fault!).
Instead of just making it as ordered, they took the time to help me choose a better thread color and even worked with me to shorten the wording so it would look perfect. That level of care and attention to detail is so rare these days. I'm incredibly grateful they reached out instead of letting the order go through as-is.

You can pick your monogram and even put a personal message on the bottom of a platter. Mugs, champagned buckets, dishes - everything for the table top.
