“I love harbor freight. I use their Bauer and Hercules line. I really think the Hercules Hammer Drill is more powerful than my Milwaukee Hammer Drill.
For the price, it’s a no brainer, if you want red and black theme, go Bauer. Warranty is great, any issues they will just swap out.”
“Seamless ordering and delivery service. I recently purchased a Flex Die Grinder. Beaver Industrial Supply price was a bit better, $20 lower than most online tool shops. Website was clean so ordering the tool was simple. I immediately received confirmation of order. The next day, I received an email that it shipped and email included the tracking information. The tool arrived 1 week from ordering. Nice!!! Packaging was done right - solid box overpack with bubblewrap inside. The tool packaging was prestine and completely sealed by Flex Tool Manufacturing - not opened before... Die Grinder was in perfect shape and works perfectly. This was a perfect order, ship and delivery experience.”

“Beginner woodworker here. Let me start by saying I was kind of nervous going into the store because I’ve been to niche stores that are not very approachable towards beginners because of the knowledge gap. Luckily that was the exact opposite experience I had when I visited. Thomas helped me out, answered all my questions, help me select all the right tools and seemed genuinely and deeply interesting in woodworking. As a result my experience benefited because of he was extremely patient, kind, knowledgeable and funny during our interaction. I can’t wait to go back and get more toys.”

Let me tell you about my great experience.I needed a new weed eater so I walked into Schnars. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I believe is named Jacob. Not in an aggressive sales way, but more of a helpful greeting.I set my sight on what looked like a pretty good deal, but was kindly directed to an even better deal which would save me money and get me a blower, weed eater, and 2 batteries for a great price, which turned out to be an obvious choice. They threw in a free Echo hat just because they are nice . Honestly, I needed another hat, so I was happy.Turns out I forgot the second battery that came with the set. A few hours later I was SHOCKED to see that the same gentleman showed up to my door step just to personally deliver the battery to me. Who even gives such great customer service anymore?Anyway, I felt compelled to leave this review because I’ve now been there like 10 times and have had a great experience each time.”
“I just completed a 700 sf deck resurfacing project using Timber Tech decking and Westbury Railing. I am completely satisfied with both the materials and the service I received from Hackman Lumber. Justin Waechter came out and measured my deck in Bourbon, MO. He brought samples for selection and figured my order. Justin was available several times during the project, by phone, to answer my installation questions. I couldn't be happier with the results.
I would highly recommend Hackman Lumber and Justin to anyone building or looking to redo a deck.”

“Most helpful, knowledgeable hardware store I have ever experienced. Shop there all the time and have been doing so for years. I can get in and out in a matter of a few minutes. Contrast that to big box stores where you can get your daily walking requirement in before you find what you need or before you can talk to an employee. And most big box employees are not very knowledgeable.”

“Everyone here was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in. I didn't know exactly what I needed for repairs on some older homes and was able to show them pictures from which they immediately were able to help from. Instead of upselling me full bundles they looked for open packages to help on cost savings. Very knowledgeable and you can tell why they've been in business so long. Every employee was great to interact with! Highly recommend for any projects involving their materials.”
“I was shopping at the Home Depot in Manchester MO went my sugars dropped at the self check out. I would like to give thanks to Mary and Zach for assisting me. I didn't have my glucose tablets with me to bring up my sugar level. Mary got a sucker from another employee and Zach give me a sprite. Mary made me a seat to sit down and she kept checking on me. She would not allow me to leave the store until my a1c was over 70. I wanted management to know how appreciative I am of those two employees.”

“We were in town to see a movie and decided to stop here and see if they had a few things I was going to grab tomorrow at my local Lowe’s. Conveniently not only did they have what I needed, but the shopping experience was far better than that of our local Lowe’s. There were plenty of associates HAPPY to help ! MORE than enough checkouts open! A good selection, well organized store , and very clean. A lot of parking and curb side pickup. Honestly wish we lived closer as this would be my go to option for DIY projects , this stop saved me time and my sanity that I would have otherwise lost going to the Lowe’s nearby our house.”
“Just Around The Corner Wood Floors made the experience so much easier. Wayne Brooks did an excellent job consulting and educating me about the process and dividing the work into two different sections so it would be the least disruptive in my life. Mark, David, Jake, Brian, Dave, Ryan, Todd, and Jacob all worked on the floors for many days. Some of the wood panels had to be replaced. The workers went above and beyond , even putting out food and water for my pets because they knew I wouldn’t be there in the early morning. I would definitely hire them for work in the future!”
