“I’m recently engaged and my fiancé purchased the ring from Lordo’s Diamonds. They’re located in Ladue off Clayton. There’s plenty of parking and it’s easily accessible. Great storefront.Anyway, when I returned from our vacation, I was eager to get the ring sized. I went to Lordo’s on a Monday afternoon. I was promptly welcomed even though they’re were other guests in the store. They were very friendly and genuinely happy for me on my engagement. I was sad to leave my ring behind to get sized but they ensured me it would be ready by the end of the day or first thing the next morning. Sure enough it was and they called to let me know. When I went it pick it up on Tuesday, I received the same welcome and same customer service from a different employee. I’m grateful my fiancé chose Lordo’s and I’ll continue to visit the store and give them business for years to come.Come to find out, my neighbors have been visiting Lordo’s for decades and are very loyal customers. They rave about the service too!From rings to earrings, they’ll help you and treat you right. In my opinion, they deserve an 11/10 ⭐️”

Candy and treats for all and a working fireplace for cooler days. They have cases and cases of every gemstone you could want, a huge variety of unique settings and unlike so many retailers now, they have plenty of friendly staff to assist customers. I also found their prices were reasonable. Best of all is that they can do custom work that so many jewelers can't or won't do anymore. Many of their pieces are one of a kind and are simply stunning. I can't say enough good things about both Chris and Jess, and I have already recommended them to multiple people.I'll start off by saying that the vibe is much different in here vs. a traditional jewelry store, and I mean that in the best way possible. They are so easy to work with, no pressure, and amazing at taking your vision and making it a reality. My wife came in with some pretty strong design ideas. Jess grabbed a pen and paper and started sketching things out right then, changing things slightly where necessary based on her experience. After producing a CAD model of the design, and working within our budget to get the right sized diamonds, they got to work and came back with a beautiful ring. She's always getting compliments about it wherever she goes, and I think the pictures speak for themselves!Whether you have a custom piece in mind or not, I am fully confident that you are in great hands going to The Diamond Bar for whatever piece of jewelry you are looking for.
