“I love a good thrifting moment, especially when I find unique pieces! This place is a hidden gem located on St. Charles Rock Rd.
From clothes, shoes, vintage toys, comic books, vinyl records, household decor and more. You are bound to find something that matches your style. Each booth/space is owned by a different vendor and they each carry something different. Prices on items were fair and reasonable.
Staff greeted me as i came through the doors, and let you have free range to browse. They were available to answer any questions you may have.
Definitely worth looking into if you are a thrifter!!”
“This is a fantastic antique/thrift store. Prices are extremely reasonable and there are a ton of good finds, especially for craft supplies and kitchenware. The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff are so kind and helpful. Definitely a hidden gem that deserves a lot more recognition!”

It has been years since I have found someone so excited about helping me find outfits. She knows what goes together and will push you out of your comfort zone, just enough. “Right behind Q-Trip at the top of the hill in with the DMV. A little gem if you've never been there you might find a treasure or two. Little brother found an MCM round radio and an AM radio both priced really reasonably. Some antiques, along with food items, new items, and crafts. Nice warm welcome by the ladies at the desk. The cat was nice and didn't even notice it until my dog saw it. Parking is sparse due to the DMV next door. Check it out you never know what you might find if your in the area.”
“Everyone I have encountered at this store is warm and helpful, on the phone, in the store and with deliveries. They really care about the customer and go out of their way to make sure you have the service you need. Most reasonably priced midcentury furniture I have ever seen. A ++++.”

“I visited Dos with my two teenage daughters. They found several pieces of quality clothing that they loved. They were especially impressed with all of the Lulu items. Before even leaving the store they had texted their friends letting them know that they needed to visited the shop. The owner was working while we were there…she was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. We will definitely be back again. I included the picture of the Lulu wall, which really won my girls over!”
“I went to the May 31 sale in Ballwin. I picked up a few things and saw a dust collector system I really wanted. I left to think about it and of course checked with my wife. So I later went back to the sale and spoke with Becky Kaletka. She suggested since I couldn’t get it that day to put a bid on it, If successful I could get it the next day. It all worked out and Becky let me in early on Sunday to disassemble it and take it out. My Thanks to Becky for working with me to make this happen.”

“Affordable prices, a variety of selections to choose from, friendly and trustworthy staff, what more can you ask for?! I shop here for 510-thread cartridges, and they are always kind enough to allow me to check that the product is not damaged/defective before buying it, as a common problem with 510 cartridges is fluid leakage.
I left my wallet there today on accident, and a kind staff member held onto it for me until I called the store! They tried everything they could to get a hold of me up until that point. My wallet was returned just the way it was before I lost it. Grateful and satisfied!”

“The store is really cute, however … it was full the whole time we where there, the fitting rooms where occupied by the same group of teenagers the entire time. There was no assistance whatsoever, the lines where quite slow and the skirt we bought turned out to be the same one they have at another brand.”

“Went there yesterday and come often and I love this location. All the employees are super duper nice and always seem to be enjoying their job and having a good time. There’s one young man who’s there everytime we are there I haven’t caught his name but he is the best! He’s so nice to us and all the other customers and his fellow employees even on very busy long days. And the prices are great especially compared to the Salvation Army across the street. Love coming here they never disappoint. It’s so clean too!”
“The customer service is terrible! As soon as I walked into the store with my bins the girl looked at me and said, “We don’t take women’s clothes, that’s next door.” “We only take high end items, like American Eagle.” She didn’t look at my clothes , she just looked at me and said it. It was so rude and prejudice! She acted like I was an old women that didn’t know where to buy clothes. I will never walk into that store again.
Side note: The clothes I took were all from Old Navy, Aeropostale and American Eagle.”
“Super nice Plato’s Closet location. Located off of Manchester Road in a sleepy strip mall, this is the largest one I’ve been to in a while. It’s 90% women’s clothes, so my friend was loving it. There’s some men’s selection, but it’s few and far between. The prices weren’t bad at ALL given today’s economy — and the staff were eerily friendly (Plato’s employees are known to be a bit snobbish). I’d come back!”
“Hands down the BEST location of OUAC! I shop here several times a year and it's always the cleanest, most efficiently run store both from buying and selling. The racks are always bursting with baby items, which is what I come for. I always leave with at least on bag bulging full of adorable stuff in good condition. Prices are very fair for secondhand clothes. You guys are doing such a great job!”

They have a unique markdown schedule too so it’s nice to know what to risk getting now or later! Fell in love with an item- but I was too late it was sold. Sad day for me. I’ll be back hunting again someday!”
