“I've brought my car to Greg's several times and I always leave feeling confident that I was treated fairly and respectfully.
Until last week, every visit had been for a small repair but I recently had it towed to Greg's because of a check engine light and what felt like a transmission issue. They called me with the diagnostic code but also told me they recommend that I take it to a transmission specialist nearby for a deeper evaluation to ensure there wasn't a deeper transmission issue they couldn't identify. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that! They could have easily fixed the single issue and sent me on my way. I was able to get the transmission issue fixed at the other shop but my trust and confidence in Greg's is 10/10.
I will continue to bring my cars here because I know I'll be treated correctly and charged fairly.”

“I couldn’t be happier with bill and his team out in Troy. I dropped off an l5p that was plagued with can network communication issues that another shop could not trace. I had a message on my dash for months that couldn’t be cleared because of the original shop. Bill took the time and dedication to diagnose multiple issues the original shop had caused, explained those issues in detail and fixed them in a timely manner. After my original experience with the first shop I was wary of dropping my truck off anywhere but Bill restored my faith in diesel shops in the greater St. Louis area. Thank you again Bill! I knew about the wiper blades, radiator & transmission fluid prior. So that was planned for. The employees were kind & kept me in the loop as things were being done.
