“I am not one to post reviews but thought this was deserving. We were in the Troy area visiting our kids when our truck displayed a DEF message. Unable to be seen by any dealership within a 50 mile radius, Bill’s Diesel said they would help out. The mechanic came out and scanned the truck for the code. He went further to provide a recommendation and answered all all my questions, which is all I was looking for from everyone else. “I had body work done, rear door, trim around wheel, cracked quarter panel/bumper. 1 aluminum wheel repaired (bad gouge). They did a fantastic job. Wheel looks brand new. To top it all off... they cleaned the inside of the car. That looked great too. I wasn't expecting that, but it was nice. One downside, and it wasn't their fault. I'm sure all shops are the same. The car was there a month because they couldn't get parts. Luckily for me I'm retired and had another vehicle. As far as Im concerned this is my go to collision repair service.”

When I arrived for my appointment, Mike greeted me and directed me to the waiting area where I enjoyed some complimentary coffee and relaxed. Mike brought my keys when the work was completed and I was on my way. Mike and Jake are both great to work with.”

Her beat-up dodge Dakota didn't pass the safety inspection due to an accident that damaged the bumper and headlight. Perry did a great job, and they adjusted my air pressure in my tires and checked the water level/coolant… And added more to that as well as added windshield wiper fluid… Full synthetic oil 5 quarts for my Equinox SUV was only $80 and everything was included… That was with tax $80.$.95! Quick and convenient and in and out… I didn’t even get out of my car… I would say total time spent would be around 15 to 20 minutes maximum! Why go someplace and sit around waiting?”
