“My husband and I have been going here for many years to get car work done, everyone who works here is amazing! They are honest about what needs to be done, do not push for unnecessary work, and on top of that they remember things about their customers, even the smallest things.

For example, I recently went out of town and they asked how the trip went. I think a good company customer relationship is so important. They will always have our business. Prices are great too. They also have a quick turnaround time for car work with the many times we have been there between both of our cars. They even send proof of what is wrong with your car, so you know they aren't trying to make a sale.

Overall, I believe this is the most honest shop in town.”

“Im a first time customer, on 7/14/26 I made a random online appt with AGS Auto Repair to get a state inspection on my truck and they called me to see if i can come in earlier so i did. I was immediately impressed with that. Then their tech failed my truck but explained in detailed the few things that i needed to get it to pass. I left and then later that same day asked if i could drop it off to get the repairs done and i also had mentioned that i needed my truck back asap to pull my camper to a campout in two days. They said no problem and to my surprise they had my truck done by the early afternoon the next day, i needed two front lower ball joints done, a rear brake pad replacement, an alignment and a reinspection done again.The biggest surprise that i wasnt expecting was that they also asked if i wanted a loner vehicle to use while they had my truck. I totally didnt expect that. No mechanic shop that i had ever dealt with gave me such A+ top notch service like this place did. “B and B towing provides the fastest response and the most cost effective service I have ever received. My vehicle shot craps on highway 47 outside of Troy the other day. I called B and B and made arrangements. It was cold outside and getting dark. I went home trusting that they would pick up my vehicle and drop it off at my residence.
