Employees are friendly and help as much as they can just not very knowledgeable. Decent place if you know exactly what you want. If you need professional advice go elsewhere

It would be easy to say you lose a little by not having one of the big box stores in town. I say, the customer service and quality of lumber I get from our R.P. exceeds what I would get at the others and am thankful for their service and quality products

Delivery dispute blocking my retail front doors during business hours for over an hour then comes back hours later demanding to do it again. I refused. Then their representative walks into my retail store yelling and being intimidation g because he was twice my size and yells F you in front of two of our costumers… total mistake hiring that guy. I hope he gets anger management before he hurts someone …. Never use this place

We are remodeling steps to our back door, I met Dan and Tim at the store, they gave me alot of help on our project. Dan has helped me with problems of standing water around our steps. Now I am in need of a circular saw, as my just stopped and froze up. Since it is 20 yrs old, it is time for a new one. We will be seeing the guys at R&P in the morning. It is also alot closer to home.

Gabby went beyond my expectations. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect and took the time with my complicated order. She as well made sure to stay in contact with me every step of the way. There was a delay in my order with Anderson due to them not putting in my order but she made sure to have everything fixed for me and emailed me every other day with an update. I'm definitely satisfied with the customer service from this store. Keep up the great work.
