“They were fast friendly efficient and some how my cruise control started working after this oil change, my cruise hasn't worked in a year. I feel like there may have been some debris over the sensor no one cleaned but your team did some magic and I will be a forever customer”
“I always have great service with Valvoline for oil changes. This time I went to the Washington Mo location and everyone was top notch. The service was quick and friendly.”
“If you have tire issues weather you need new tire or tires fix Larry's is a excellent choice. Generations of local residents are thankful for his service to the community”
“I know that there are employee shortages everywhere and Walmart is no exception. I was aggravated that my car has taken 3 hours to get oil change/tires, and it was due to a paperwork technicality so I’m not putting blame on the Walmart employees as they aren’t the ones making up some of these ridiculous’protocols’.
But sitting here, I have seen most of the people back here in auto service busting tail to get cars and ultimately customers taken care of. No one is standing around, they have all been very nice AND shout out to Wilson for taking a minute out of his busy situation to get me something from my car-and he didn’t have to do that. Tristan was super amazing multitasking to get customers in and out as fast as he possibly could, even prioritizing quicker customers to get them out the door-there was a long line of about 10 people staring at him & he didn’t skip a beat once! Great job Walmart Auto Service!!! Awesome job Wilson and Tristan!!!!!”

“Very knowledgeable head mechanic/technician. In fact, I know for a fact that other mechanics from other shops call him for advice. I was there when it happened. Very fair owner, and he sets very fair prices. Offers options for the best deal. Can get special style tires on short notice. Willing to work with your time schedule, and your budget twhen possible. The business has a friendly atmosphere. I find that nothing seems to be too difficult for this shop to solve. Recommend”
