“I know that there are employee shortages everywhere and Walmart is no exception. I was aggravated that my car has taken 3 hours to get oil change/tires, and it was due to a paperwork technicality so I’m not putting blame on the Walmart employees as they aren’t the ones making up some of these ridiculous’protocols’.
But sitting here, I have seen most of the people back here in auto service busting tail to get cars and ultimately customers taken care of. No one is standing around, they have all been very nice AND shout out to Wilson for taking a minute out of his busy situation to get me something from my car-and he didn’t have to do that. Tristan was super amazing multitasking to get customers in and out as fast as he possibly could, even prioritizing quicker customers to get them out the door-there was a long line of about 10 people staring at him & he didn’t skip a beat once! Great job Walmart Auto Service!!! Awesome job Wilson and Tristan!!!!!”
“Called for a quote for new tires and they had them in stock and fit me in that day! Super fast, took less than an hour for all 4. They don't try to up sell you on anything either. Great place and people!”

“I went in at opening, on a Friday, and they were already busy. They were working quickly and efficiently! Getting as much info and work done before bringing cars into the bay. The manager, Nate, came out and changed my brake light bulb for me while the car in front of me was getting their oil changed. I was in and out in 15 mins!! This is the best team I’ve seen here in a while!”
