“What a great car wash. I couldn't get the coin drop to accept my quarters, so the owner took $2.00 worth of quarters and gave me 15 minutes to wash and rinse my car. Clean and the people are on site.”

“I've had membership for a different place for years but finally broke it off because the place seemed to always be closed. Then I started coming here because it's convenient, they have free vacuum lanes with vacuums that are strong enough to lift off the excess corgi glitter in my car. The place is bright, has 3 roomy lanes, one dedicated for members only, another for those using cards to pay and a third one that has a human assisting you while you make your wash selection and payment. I usually come here on weekends to wash both mine and my husband's vehicles, one after another and generally have not had issues. Everyone seems nice and helpful. There is always an attendant guiding you through as you enter the washery and they seem very nice. What prompted the review, although I've been coming here since a few months after they opened was an incident today. Someone behind me had something get caught on their vehicle during the wash and ended up bumping my car. They stopped the process immediately, the attendant came over to tell me to pull up to one of the parking spots or the vacuum spots after so the car behind me and myself can assess the damage, if any. Finished the car wash and did exactly what was told. The lady behind me parked as well. Then the attendant came over and was very helpful to both of us. We all looked over our cars. Thankfully there were no damages to either cars. He then told the lady who was behind me to go back through and get another wash as hers was abruptly cut off due to the incident. My car wash was basically completed but how kind of that gentleman to help us out and make sure both our cars are okay! I didn't get his name unfortunately. Goes to show you the type of people they hire here! Trust me, I've been to other places and some of them just act grumpy or won't even look at you in the eyes. Anyway, so glad this place exists and that they have wonderful workers.”

“I have full size SUV with roof box and it fit well into the car wash. They charge $2.25 for 4 minutes, my car was pretty dirty so I spent ~$11.5 for extensive washing and vacuum cleaning. I think that's very reasonable. Probably with a smaller cleaner car you could perhaps manage for half of that. I'll gladly come back next time.”

“[Sometimes ]the machines do not honor the money put in. [Sometimes] the sprayers do not work properly. Its a hit or miss and likely due to other customers however getting a call back from the number posted ' good luck with that. Ive never had a call returned. Over all I love this place!************ If there's a dry bay- assume its because of one of the sometimes listed above ! Pick a wet bay! **************Any hour of the clock i1ts sure to be11 a see what ya get type of place!”

“The employees are friendly and nice. The lot is kept clean. My main issue is that Club Carwash advertises free vacuums. This attracts non-club members and non-paying customers to come in use the vacuums. This creates a problem with the non-paying customers using a bay while members and paying customers have to go outside the designated area to dry their vehicles and not having access to the vacuums. This happens mostly during the warmer months but has happened to date. Access to the vacuums should be limited to members and paying customers only. I know advertising free vacuums is a marketing tool to hopefully gain more members, but in the long run it hurts the people paying for the service.”
“This Brite WorX location is one of my favorites by far. They have the strongest vacuums with different attachments which makes vacuuming tight spots easier. I have always been satisfied with the car wash services as well. The one time it didn't look right, they immediately had me go through a second time at no cost. I received a free wash today which was an awesome surprise! I highly recommend this location for a great wash and excellent customer service.”

“Location is decent. No initial spray down like other locations, and no vacuums on site. If you have a membership and are in the area, it's not an awful place to go.
It does push you straight onto Hanley which can be intimidating. Not sure how well that works if there's car behind you looking to exit as well.
I don't understand the reviews regarding interior service: this location doesn't offer it.
All you're getting here is a standard exterior wash. No vacuums, no area to even get out and hand dry your car.”

“We had oil leak out of a snow blower and while we were lucky enough to have a WeatherTech mat, it still did seep out a bit, leaving an awful smell in the car. I called up the shop and they were able to take a look and get it detailed the same day. They assured me it would look as beautiful as the day I got it, and they were right. I’m so impressed and so grateful! I’ll be honest, the price was more than I was expecting ($275) but I hadn’t ever had this done before and had no point of reference. I’ll post some before and after’s!!”
